Partner and co-founder of Solvis Consulting, Jesús Hoyos has over 15 years of experience providing leadership in the execution of Customer Relationship Management initiatives. Throughout his career he has assisted clients, vendors, and team members with business processes, requirements, project management, quality assurance, business cases, best practices, and technologies, using the implementation of CRM solutions. Before founding Solvis, he was the Regional Domain Partner for Customer Management Solutions in Latin America for Cambridge Technology Partners. Jesús is also co-founder of Customers Forever, LLC, a company dedicated to promote CRM in Latin America.
At Solvis, Jesús has worked with high profile international companies including: Entertainment Publications, Surebridge, Inc., Envision EMI, BellSouth (Ecuador/Peru), Todo1 Bank Portal (Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador), Avianca (Colombia), Axtel (Mexico), DHL (Latin America), Nortel Networks, and Aliant Telecom (Canada).
